I am very retrospective today.
The world is a scary place, and I can’t control everything, but I am very aware of how much control I do have over the things I put in my body.
This month is 15 years out from my back to back surgeries for breast cancer.
I feel so grateful, and feel so blessed, but I really want to continue to take good care of my body, so I am going to make it through this challenge!
