      Thank you so much for leaving a comment here. Posts like this definitely do bring up a lot of memories. But it’s important for the healing process, and important if we’re going to help others.
      I saw your blog, and I loved your post. I’m so glad you found recovery too!


      1. It’s been 20 years for me. So it hurts a lot less than it did 15 years ago. It’s still haunts me and the devil hasn’t left the building but, it’s easier to talk about now without being so triggered. Now I am proud of my accomplishments and where I’ve come from. But don’t get me wrong, I still shed a tear for the girl I used to be.
